10 Love Motion Therapy

People say, love is blind. Heart viruses in the name of love turned out to have claimed many victims. We often hear a teenager who is determined to commit suicide because his love is one-sided. The household ark can be destroyed if there is forbidden love in it. There is also love that is both destructive and shameful, which is to love the same sex.

Love for others is dominated by lust called al ‘isyq. If lust obeys this love will be entangled in love drunk. This is a disease. If it is not fortified by the right rules of Shari'a, this love can become a forbidden love. Love sickness can affect anyone. Not only young people, even those who are married. Here are 10 therapies for people who are in love.

(1). Married

If it is possible for people who are drunk to reach their love for love with the provisions of the Shari'a, then this is the most important therapy. The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

يا معشر الشباب, من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج, فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج, ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم, فإنه له وجاء.

"All young men, anyone who has been able to get married should let him get married soon. Whoever has not been able to, then let him fast because fasting can hold him back from the slippage of adultery. "(H.R Bukhari and Muslim)

This hadith provides two solutions, namely the main solution and alternative solution. The first solution is to get married. If this can be done, then this is the best. The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

لَمْ أَرَ لِلْمُتَحَابَّيْنِ مِثْلَ النِّكَاحِ

I have never seen (a solution) for two people who fell in love besides getting married (HR. Ibn Majah, saheeh).

As for those who have not been able to get married, then there is an alternative solution, namely fasting to reduce the turmoil of lust.

(2). Leave Her

If it is not possible to marry a loved one, the solution is to leave his idol as far away as possible. Moving away from the city where he lives is among the drugs of romance, as a saying:

البعيد عن العين بعيد عن القلب

"Something that is far from the eye, will also be far in the heart".

So people who are drunk love going to other areas and leaving the city where their loved ones live. The person he loves has an important role, so he should stay away from him so that he no longer hears the news of him, does not see him, and does not hear his words. Thus little by little he can forget it and the suffering of love and drunkenness that he experienced.

(3). Imagine the Heart of the Heart

In the view of someone who is drunk in love, his idol seems to have no disgrace at all. What appeared from him was only kindness, flawless and the slightest defect. So including a cure for lust that is drunk in love is to imagine the ugliness that is in the person he loves. Ibn Mas'ud radhiyalllahu ‘anhu once said:

إذا أعجبت أحدكم امرأة فليذكر مناتنها

"If you are amazed by a woman, then remember the bad things that she has"

(4). Leaving Forbiden
The blind love experienced by people who are drunk with romance turns out to be part of forbidden love. Like loving a woman who is someone else's wife. Love like this is clearly an illegal act and must be abandoned.

Likewise including forbidden love is loving the same sex. This is an illegitimate act as Allah cursed and destroyed the people of Lut:

فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ

"Then we blinded their eyes" (Al Qomar: 37)

فَلَمَّا جَاء أَمْرُنَا جَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ مَّنضُودٍ

"Then when Our punishment came, We made the land of the people of Luth up and down (We turned it over), and We showered them with stones from the burning ground repeatedly. "(Huud: 82)

فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ مُشْرِقِينَ

"So they were destroyed by a loud voice that thundered, when the sun will rise. "(Al Hijr: 73)

This is a terrible and terrible threat for same-sex lovers. Love is forbidden and is a prohibition that must be abandoned.

‘Isyq disease can cause major damaging damage. Drunk love will make humans stupid, forgetful, and will reduce their mind and wisdom. Love sickness also causes anxiety, anxiety, fear of separation, a sense of narrowness in the world, and also a threat in the hereafter.

If someone has a disease that will cause destruction, then he will definitely take various ways to treat it. Likewise, ‘isyq disease, this is a devastating liver disease that must be treated immediately if someone has contracted this disease.

(7). Pray a lot

For a believer, prayer is a powerful weapon, a cure for all kinds of diseases, and a solution to various problems. Allah Ta'ala said:

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ

"And when my servants ask you about me, then (answer), that I am near. I grant the request of someone who prays when he pleads with me "(Al Baqarah: 182)

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam taught prayer:

شَرِّ سَرإِ شَرِّ بَصَرِى وَمِنِّ شَرِّ لِسَانِى وَمِنْ شَرِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِى وَمِنِى شَرِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّى

"O Allah, I request protection from You from ugliness in my hearing, ugliness in my eyesight, ugliness in my lips, ugliness in my heart, and ugliness in the semen or groin." (Narrated by Tirmidhi, Hasan)

Another prayer that the Prophet taught:

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أسْألُكَ الهُدَى ، والتُّقَى ، والعَفَافَ ، والغِنَى

"O Allah, I ask you for instructions, piety, given the character‘ afaf and ghina. "(Narrated by Muslim)

(8). Be patient

To treat ‘isyq disease does require extra patience. End result patience is something that is commendable. Help for a servant will always accompany his patience. The patience and bitter patience in the world today is better than the weight of bearing the torment of hell in hell later.

(9). Really mean it

It takes sincerity to treat this disease. With the right intention and effort full of sincerity, God will surely give way to ease. Allah Ta'ala said:

وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا

"And those who strive for sincerity for (seeking pleasure) We will truly show them our way" (Al Ankabut: 69)

(10) Consult with Survivors of Disease ‘Isyq

People who are contracting ‘isyq disease should consult with people who have experienced love sickness and survived from it. Asking for solutions and advice from him will help to treat this disease.
