Masturbation Law Using the Wife's Hand

When Temptation Gains

When a husband gets a woman's exam, such as seeing things that can arouse his lust, then the guidance of Islam is to immediately go to his wife and vent on the lawful so that his mind becomes calm again. This is an example from the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, he saw something and immediately went to his wife, Zainab and afterwards he met with his friends and said:

إن المرأة تقبل فى صورة شيطان وتدبر فى صورة شيطان فإذا أبصر أحدكم امرأة فليأت أهله فإن ذلك يرد ما فى نفسه

"Surely women come in the form of demons, and go in the form of demons. If one of you sees a woman who is amazing (accidentally), then she should come to (intercourse with) his wife, because it will reject something (in the form of lust) contained in him "(Narrated by Muslim no. 1403).

When Wife Gets Obstacles
However, sometimes wives are menstruating and their husbands only have one wife. Can he use his wife's hand? The wife used her responsibility until her husband "finished his wish"

The answer is OK
Because this includes in the generality of the verse keeping the genitals, namely the lawful wife

Allah says,

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ (5) إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ (6)

"And those who guard their genitals, except for their wives or slaves who they have; then indeed they in this matter are not blamable "(Surah Al Mu'minun: 5-6).

Your wife is a field for you
Included in the generality of the verse that the wife is a field-planting example, then go as long as it is not in the rectum.

Allah says,

 ﻧِﺴَﺎﺅُﻛُﻢْ ﺣَﺮْﺙٌ ﻟَﻜُﻢْ ﻓَﺄْﺗُﻮﺍ ﺣَﺮْﺛَﻜُﻢْ ﺃَﻧَّﻰ ﺷِﺌْﺘُﻢْ

"Your wives are (like) land where you grow crops, so whatever land you plant your land to go to is what you want" (QS. Al-Baqarah: 223).

Demikia is also an explanation of several scholars.

Ibnu Hajar Al-Haitami said:

 ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺮﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻲ ﺑﻐﻴﺮ ﺟﻤﺎﻉ ﺣﺮﺍﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻛﺈﺧﺮﺍﺝ ﺑﻴﺪﻩ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺎ ﻛﺈﺧﺮﺍﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺪ ﺣﻠﻴﻠﺘﻪ.

"Istimna '(masturbation / masturbation) is removing semen in a manner other than jimak. The law is forbidden if issued by one's own hands. Mubah (may) if with his wife's hand "(Tuhfatul Muhtaj 13/350, Ash-Syamilah).

Al-Mawardi said:

ﻭﻟﻠﺰﻭﺝ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﺘﺎﻉ ﺑﺰﻭﺟﺘﻪ ﻛﻞ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻱ ﺻﻔﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﻞ ، ﻭﻟﻪ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﻨﺎﺀ ﺑﻴﺪﻫﺎ.

"May be for the husband to release semen with the help of his wife, at any time, no matter how long it is provided through the wife's genitals (unclean by anal, pent). It is also possible for the husband to remove semen from his wife's hand "(Al-Iqna 'lil Mawardi).
