Question:

He was asked about the problem of men who left his wife for six years and did not leave him a living. Then his wife remarried another man, and the man had sex with him. Then her first husband came. What is the second marital status?

Answer:

If the first marriage has been fasakh (canceled by qadhi, ed.) Because her husband did not provide for her, and her prayer period was finished, then the woman married the second time the marriage was valid. But if the second marriage before the first marriage is finished, then the second marriage is canceled.
